Danielle Urrutia came to law from hospitality.

She oversees operations, scheduling, hiring, and training, on the legal side and the title side both. She built the systems and she trained the people who run them.

In hospitality, leaving a guest waiting is a failure. Lawyers are worse at this than they should be.

Rey tries the cases. Danielle keeps the firm running while he does.

Community Involvement

• Danielle is active in South Florida's craft-beverage and small-business community. A number of the firm's clients came from those rooms: breweries, bakeries, food trucks, and other service businesses that needed a lawyer who understood how they actually operate.
